Ramblings is a new compilation of favorite stories from my two books, Shoes and Cheese: The Boonetown Chronicles and Death and Ham: Life is a Real Trip. Also included are several new, previously unpublished stories. You’ll get a good taste of all the wacky characters in the small southern town, Boonetown, as well hear the author’s humorous takes on travel, design, and aging.    The best of small town stories. My daughter in law's mother recommended Bobby Evers books. I found this one on Amazon and downloaded it. He is such a funny, truthful writer about small towns and how they actually are, that I laughed quite often reading this book. I grew up in a very small area in Alabama and could definitely relate to many of these stories. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

   Uplifting, funny entertainment! My husband and I listened to the four audio tapes over several days. They provided so many laughs that the next week we listened to them all over again! Great, relaxing, hilarious entertainment. We highly recommend this set.

   A funny, charming, and quirky journey! To hear the author read these stories is a complete treat! Bobby Evers' delivery is wonderfully comfy and perfectly hilarious. Whether his real-life characters are revealed to be quirky, tender, or some strange mix of the two, they somehow come alive for us in new ways when we get to hear his words in his own voice. With holidays around the corner, I have found a great gift for those hard-to-buy-for folks. Why wrap up another sweater when you can instead send some laughs?... and one-size fits all!    Down home humor at its BEST Bobby Evers has a raw talent/ gift for down home humorous storytelling that only he can tell. His gift of storytelling allows the listener to reflect upon all too familiar situations that are so relatable growing up in small town America. He has definitely nailed it once again and hearing him takes us to another level of which I would expect nothing less!

   I needed a good laugh!!! I have read both of this authors books and loved them and couldn’t put them down!!! I didn’t think they could be better and then I heard “the big headed storyteller” himself read them…..took it to a whole other level!!! I have laughed so hard at the new stories and just as hard at the the older ones. You need to get this and sit down and listen and just enjoy. I needed a good laugh🤣
